The convention is a 4 day event including a conference, workshop and trade show. The convention is being expanded this year to include more speakers than ever, themed over two days. In addition to the regular business day on Friday, October 14, the education portion of the convention will run Saturday and Sunday, October 15-16, including workshops and mini-lectures. Among the top presenters will be experts on best management practices for honey bees, the protection of pollinator habitat, queen-rearing and queen fertility plus new breakthroughs in pest management. We are also organizing a series of side-by-side talks geared for both the newcomer/beginner and commercial/serious sideliner.
